One day before your booking, one of our staff will contact you via WhatsApp and share a PDF file to guide you through the check-in process.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the booking day, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM the next day.

Late check-out also depends on availability. Please let us know in advance, and we will inform you if it is possible. However, there is a surcharge of RM 40 per hour for every hour after the regular check-out time.
