By participating in any activities or using any facilities on the property, including the gym, swimming pools, and steam rooms (“gym and wet facilities”), I voluntarily assume all associated risks. I acknowledge that I must be in good health to use these facilities and agree to do so with full awareness of their proper usage and potential risks. If I experience any adverse symptoms, I will discontinue use immediately. I accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from using these facilities and confirm that my participation is entirely voluntary.

In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities, I hereby release and discharge Lions Bay, Lions Bay Sdn Bhd, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all legal liability. I agree not to sue them for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from my use of the facilities, regardless of the cause, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold these parties harmless from any claims, lawsuits, damages, attorney fees, costs, or judgments arising from my use of the facilities.

By booking with Lions Bay, I, as the registered guest, agree to pay all charges and expenses incurred during my stay, including room rates, food and beverage charges, taxes, and service fees. I will settle my account by cash or credit card upon departure or as requested by the property. I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused to the property or unit during my stay and authorize Lions Bay to deduct any charges, expenses, damages, or losses from my deposit or credit card. I also consent to the collection, use, sharing, and transfer of my Personal Data by Lions Bay.
